Fit to Party !
People come to HH Fitness with a variety of targets and goals, whether that’s running a race; losing weight or generally getting fitter and stronger. However, following an accident which damaged his spinal cord, Billy’s goal was quite simple, to stand and dance all night with his fellow students and carry his own back-pack when travelling.
HH Fitness began a programme of controlled strength training, balance work, flexibility training and assisted stretches, three times a week which resulted in a significant improvement for Billy.
After a period of 3 months, and with regular training, plus exercise routines as homework, Billy is well on the road to leading a normal active lifestyle, and for a 20 year old student, this includes dancing to 4 in the morning !
