Circuit class to help burn off those extra chocolate calories

HH Fitness strives to make its Tuesday circuit class varied by changing the mix of exercises every 6 weeks or so.  Not only does this keep the class interesting, it keeps challenging you to try different exercises which will keep building fitness and muscular strength.

 

During this holiday period, many of us will have eaten a little more chocolate than usual, so Helen has shaken the exercise mix upto include exercises such as lunges, chest flys, reverse crunches and hops.

 

However, don’t be put off if this all sounds too tough and you haven’t done any exercise for a while.  Each exercise on the circuit has different levels you can work to and Helen is on hand to guide you through each one.  Exercises can be taken steadily at your own speed and you can take a break at any time.  If you are new to exercise, this is particularly important to work at your own pace.
